KINGDOM FIT LIVE offers a cardio and strength-based program rooted in biblical principles, reminding participants that their bodies are temples of the Holy Spirit (1 Corinthians 6:19-20). This program is suitable for all fitness levels, from beginners to experienced enthusiasts, encouraging everyone to honor God through movement.
The session is led by George-Ann Watt, a certified fitness instructor and Kingdom fitness coach. Her passion lies in helping individuals achieve their fitness goals while also growing spiritually, ensuring that each session is both physically challenging and spiritually enriching.
KINGDOM FIT LIVE creates a supportive, faith-centered fitness community where participants can connect, share their faith journeys, and encourage each other. This is a space where iron sharpens iron (Proverbs 27:17), fostering both physical and spiritual growth.
