My Journey: From Struggle to Stewardship

Hi, I’m George-Ann — a Kingdom fitness coach, a financial professional, and the founder of Energy in Motion Fitness. But before all that, I was just a girl trying to find her way between dance floors, dollars, and divine purpose.

Growing up in Jamaica and later moving to Canada, I struggled with identity, finances, and faith. I knew what it meant to stretch a dollar and survive — but God had more for me than survival. He had abundance, alignment, and purpose.

When I began applying biblical principles to my finances — the same way I trained my body and spirit — everything shifted. I stopped chasing income and started building impact. Now, I help others do the same.

"Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.”
— 3 John 1:2 (NKJV)

The 6 Steps to Financial Stewardship

At Kingdom Fit Lifestyle, we believe financial health is spiritual health. God calls us to be wise stewards of everything He entrusts to us — our time, talents, and yes, our treasures.

These six biblical steps will help you take intentional, spirit-led action toward financial peace and Kingdom purpose.

“Moreover, it is required in stewards that one be found faithful.” – 1 Corinthians 4:2

Earn additional income. Manage expenses wisely. Track your money so your mission doesn’t get off track. Ask yourself: Is your money moving in the direction of your calling?

“The borrower is servant to the lender.” – Proverbs 22:7

Consolidate and eliminate debt. Step out of financial bondage into God’s freedom. Say no to bad debt. Say yes to discipline. Ask yourself: What’s really costing you your peace?

“Go to the ant… consider her ways and be wise.” – Proverbs 6:6

Save 3 to 6 months of income. Prepare for life’s unexpected moments. Build a life that isn’t shaken by every crisis. Ask yourself: Would one emergency derail your faith or fuel it?

Step 4: Cover What Matters (Proper Protection)

“A prudent man foresees evil and hides himself.” – Proverbs 22:3

Protect your family. Shield your family assets. Plan trusting God — and take responsibility. Ask yourself: Are your loved ones covered if you’re not around?

Step 5: Multiply for the Mission (Asset Accumulation)

“He who gathers money little by little makes it grow.” – Proverbs 13:11

Grow your income and assets. Let wisdom guide your money decisions. Invest in what multiplies your mission. Ask yourself: Are you building for ego or eternity?

Step 6: Leave a Legacy (Estate Preservation)

“A good man leaves an inheritance to his children’s children.” – Proverbs 13:22

Build generational wealth. Reduce tax burdens. Build a legacy that lasts. Ask yourself: What will they say you stood for when you’re gone?
